At Align Sports, our vision is to develop a unique approach to NIL compensation in college sports, while providing a sustainable and NCAA-compliant model that benefits athletes, fans, and the sports programs they represent.
We are involved in organizing and facilitating marquee-neutral site sporting events, particularly high-profile college basketball games. This year we are hosting The Desert Classic in a game that features Arizona vs. Florida Atlantic in Las Vegas.
We provide guidance and organizational structure using our proprietary model. In addition, we leverage our partnership with Jurich Group, to identify new donors and to unearth existing donors with a high capacity to support the collective.

DON'T bet on a single athlete. Focusing on individual players is not sustainable and has the potential to be incredibly destructive to your program. In a time of uncertainty, do you want to have your players brokering individual deals with your program's top boosters? Do you want to use one of your few “markers” to get the "can’t miss recruit” only to have him transfer next season? If one of your donors has a bad experience OUTSIDE OF YOUR CONTROL - you lose.
How do these individual deals impact the locker room? The effects are all negative. Take a recent Power 5 University for example. Two players have a deal with the same booster — one is a transfer getting more money and bigger deals over a top returning player who is set to make a fraction of that. The top returning player immediately
How do these individual deals impact the locker room? The effects are all negative. Take a recent Power 5 University for example. Two players have a deal with the same booster — one is a transfer getting more money and bigger deals over a top returning player who is set to make a fraction of that. The top returning player immediately threatens to transfer if he doesn’t get a better deal. How will this impact team chemistry, team focus, team and personal accountability, and ultimately how will it impact the effectiveness of the team in a game? This creates a larger divide amongst your players.
Keep the focus on everything you are fighting to build - NOT one player. Provide an opportunity for all athletes to earn, protect your hard-earned relationships with your donors, and create a sustainable model that will be viable year over year.

Keep the focus on everything you are fighting to build - NOT one player. Provide an opportunity for all athletes to earn, protect your hard-earned relationships with your donors, and create a sustainable model that will be viable year over year.
Our model focuses on the entire team and compensates individuals based on their image and likeness. Their visibility on the court has inherent value – think of the sponsorship model approved and used with shoe and apparel companies. Why do shoe companies pay the type of money they pay schools? They pay for the visibility of the athlete wearing their mark on the field of play.
By taking the focus off the individual athlete and keeping it on the program, we provide an opportunity for all of your athletes to earn from their image and likeness, it will protect the sanctity of the locker room and team chemistry, additionally, we will insulate your hard-earned relationships with donors from “deals gone bad”.
